Discipline

Irregular Attendance habitual Idleness disobedience or conduct injurious to the Moral tone of the School are sufficient-reason for the dismissal of a pupil. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct, both in and outside of school. Hence misbehavior in public streets and conveyance is liable to incur dismissal. Any act of indiscipline and above all discourtesy and disrespect to teachers in anyway will be taken seriously. Use or possession of Tobacco, intoxicants and any kind of harmful drugs in strictly forbidden.

Electronic equipments transistors, cameras and above all Mobile Phones are banned items and are not allowed to be brought to the school. The principal in fully empowered to rusticate, suspend or take necessary action in case of indiscipline or insubordination.


Leave

No leave or absence is granted except on a written application from a parent or guardian and that only for a serious reason. Pupil taking leave without the written permission of the principal may be dismissed from the school forthwith.

Half day leave in not allowed in any case. If a student has any urgent piece of work He/She may better be held at home.

A student is required to complete 75% of his/her attendance in each academic year failing which he/she will not permitted to sit for annual examinations. The school declaims all responsibility of a child absconds from the school or even he/she meets in accident outside the school.


Assessments and Promotions

The school Provides three examinations Quarterly, half yearly and yearly in an academic year, and a student is expected to obtain a minimum 40% marks. A student who fails in English, Hindi, Maths or Science will not be promoted to the next class. The School keeps no provision for supplementary examination.

Reports of conduct, application and progress are issued at the end of each examination for which parents/Guardians are requested to personally collect the progress cards. Promotion is granted on the basis of whole year's work of the pupil.


Visits

The next day after the declaration of results is set aside for parents and guardians to meet the teachers and discuss the progress of their child/children. No one is allowed to meet the teachers or students during the class hours.


Uniforms

Summer

Boys - Grey shorts up to class V, Grey Trousers, White Half Sleeve Shirt, For Classes V to XII, Grey Socks, Black Leather boots with laces.
Girls - Grey Skirts, White Blouse, Grey Socks, White ribbons or band. Tie, Belt, Socks will be supplied from the school store.

Winter

Boys - Grey Worsted Trousers, White full sleeve shirt, Grey Socks, Maroon Sweater, Half & Full sleeve with strips on V neck & cuffs. Maroon Blazer with patch pockets Brass Buttons and a school Monogram will be supplied from school.
Girls - Grey Skirts Woolen, White Blouse, Grey, Stockings, Maroon Sweater, Half & full sleeve with strips on V neck and cuffs, Maroon Blazer with patch pockets and Brass Buttons. Tie, Belt, Socks will be supplied from the school store.


Withdrawals

Parents are asked to give in writing one complete month's notice for the intended withdrawal of a student. If such a notice is not given, full fees for one month will be charged. The Transfer Certificate will be issued only on submission of a written application duly signed by the parents & will be issued after all the required dues are cleared.
